First Law Asia Group (The FLAG) was founded by Mr. PHAN Sin, an attorney-at-law and a member of the Bar Association of Kingdom of Cambodia, which is registered with the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia. The key objective of this law office is to professionally offer our clients a number of legal services with effectiveness and efficiency. We are unique as we have long experiences and a deep understanding of national and international legal and business environment with high professionalism. Having knowledge of local procedure is quite necessary for our clients' success, and it is our asset.

The FLAG offers a full set of legal services, in diverse areas includes but not limited to: real estate, due diligence, construction related license/permit, labor, tax, commercial & contract drafting and legal representation in both civil & criminal cases for all levels of court in Cambodia. Furthermore, we have tremendous experience in contract drafting and negotiation for both local & international companies. In addition, we work as legal representatives for companies and garment factories. The FLAG is the corporate social responsibility (CSR) law office in Cambodia. We provide free legal consultation to vulnerable person which is a part to help Cambodia economy.

Pro bono legal service is a fundamental part of our legal service offered. We know the need of those who cannot afford legal service fee. Therefore, we are there to grant the support they deserve. This is our strong & deep commitment. We are ready to take on a large number of pro bono works as per our capacity. The FLAG encourages our young attorneys and professionals to take part in pro bono work early in their careers, and we support our attorneys and professionals who volunteer for pro bono work that falls outside of their particular practice areas. In all instances, our attorneys are encouraged to present proposals for pro bono work. Pro bono legal service is managed as is any matter with the dedication of all available law firm resources appropriate to the need of legal service and representation.

In many cases, pro bono work assignments are referred to The FLAG by some of legal service organizations which the law firm has longstanding relationships with, such as the legal aid society. Other pro bono work projects grow out of interests that our attorneys and professionals pursue outside of the law firm.
